David Banh
Maintenance & Project Manager
David is a highly skilled maintenance professional with over a decade of industry experience. After starting his career as a plasterer at MHL, where he honed his expertise over five years, he transitioned to Interserve FM in 2008, working on the prestigious Metropolitan Police Services contract.
During his time there, he managed a wide portfolio of MET buildings, specializing in installation work, fault finding, and ensuring all building fabric was maintained to an exceptional standard.
In addition to his extensive hands-on experience, David has completed a National Diploma Apprenticeship in Reactive and Planned Maintenance for Heating and Ventilation with additional qualifications in plumbing and plastering. His dedication to high-quality workmanship and technical expertise makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
Abby Wilkinson
Maintenance Manager
Abby brings a wealth of experience in facilities management and team coordination to Duke Maintenance. Prior to joining our team, she served as Office Manager at a leading FM company, where she was responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities. This role sharpened her organizational and leadership skills, preparing her for more complex challenges in the industry.
At Duke Maintenance, Abby leads our coordination and planning efforts, making sure the right teams are deployed to site at the right time, while maintaining the highest quality standards. She expertly manages our workforce and acts as the key liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution. Abby’s proactive approach and strong attention to detail ensure that both our team and clients’ needs are always met with precision.
Tanya Miteva
Group Management Accountant
After achieving a BA Hons in Marketing and Economics, Tanya went on to achieve an MBA in Financial Management and a diploma in Accounting and Advanced Book-keeping. She worked at a leading retail company in the US before moving to a busy London property maintenance company, running their head office and key accounts and reporting directly to the MD. Her experience in dealing with landlords, tenants and building companies makes her an invaluable member of the asset management team.

Property Manager
Priay is an accomplished property management professional with over a decade of experience in the property sector. After earning her degree in Business Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, Priya launched her career in property management, quickly rising to the role of Senior Property Manager at Cluttons. She then spent five years as Head of Property at London Residential, where she worked with some of the most prominent names in the property industry.
